Custom Dakimakura Body Pillow Case

Good quality product, whether it’s the selected material or the print, which comes out really well, even more so with the Image Upscaling option. And putting it on the cushion was easy thanks to the elasticity of the cover material.

This review will be posted at the custom dakimakura page, but I also wanted to write some general things in this review about the store. I have placed a few orders at Dakiheaven the past few months and I have to say I'm really happy with this store. The customer service is great. They are helpful and reply quickly. Within 1 workday or even the same day (during working days). The two custom dakimakura's I have gotten printed (peachskin) are in my opinion very good quality (although your mileage might vary depending on the quality of the images used). The non-custom dakimakura covers the store offers are also of good quality (peach skin again, I can’t speak for the other materials). For my two custom dakimakura’s I do believe that the color black comes out slightly lighter on the print, but to me this is no issue. Although I believe it is in general hard to print a quite dark black (same goes for printing pictures).It probably also depends on the type of material you have selected. The editing tool for the custom dakimakura when you upload the pictures is absolutely great and I haven’t seen a tool like this anywhere else so far. (Give it a try with a random picture). When doing some research about 180x60 covers I found that sometimes the zipper used for this size of cover is the same one as used for 150x50 or 160x50 covers. If this is the case it would make it more difficult to get the 180x60 cover on the pillow. However I can say that for the 180x60 peach skin custom cover at this store, the zipper is longer than the one used for the 150x50 cover; which is great. The inner body pillow plush deluxe the store offers is also great. I like the stuffing used. I’m not sure how to describe it, but I prefer this stuffing much more over the stuffing used in a generic body pillow you can buy at a supermarket sometimes. I should probably edit this review later on and state which stuffing the supermarket body pillow has. If you plan to wash the inner body pillow casing like I do, then it would be wise to be somewhat careful around the zipper area when removing and refilling the stuffing. You might tear the seams of the inner body pillow casing to the left and right side of the zipper (the zipper is not across the entire width). If you do happen to tear it, it is a simple fix with a thread and needle. But if you are somewhat careful you shouldn’t even tear it. I was probably too aggressive when putting the stuffing back the first time. I think this is all for now. I should eventually try to add some pictures. In a nutshell I can definitely recommend this store!
